The purpose of this version is to publish <a target="_blank" href="https://github.com/swc-project/swc/pull/7813">#7813</a>, which reverts <a target="_blank" href="https://github.com/swc-project/swc/pull/7610">#7610</a>. <a target="_blank" href="https://github.com/swc-project/swc/pull/7813">#7813</a> fixes various bugs related to optional chaining. Additionally, this version also fixes handling of <code>.swcrc</code> specified via <code>--config-file</code> .
